Refund & Returns Policy

At Blackpool Bling, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of the Empress and Aurora collections. We want you to be thrilled with your new shimmer, but if something isn't quite right, we are here to help.

1. Online Purchase Returns (Distance Selling)

We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased through www.blackpoolbling.co.uk. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original luxury packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • How to Start a Return: Contact us at Info@blackpoolbling.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

    • Please note: Returns are at the customer's expense unless the item is found to be faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. In-Store Purchases (The Bling Bar)

For items purchased in person at the Bling Bar @ Blackpool Dance Store, our policy differs as you have had the opportunity to inspect and try on the items:

  • Refunds: We do not offer cash/card refunds for in-store purchases unless the item is found to be of unsatisfactory quality (faulty).

  • Exchanges: We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days, provided the item remains in its original, pristine condition.

3. Non-Returnable & Hygiene Exceptions

Due to the nature of performance wear and health/safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Pierced Earrings: For hygiene reasons, once the seal or packaging is opened, pierced earrings are strictly non-returnable.

  • Custom & Bespoke Orders: Any jewellery, hairpieces, or stoning kits created or stones specifically to your requirements are unique to you and cannot be returned.

  • Adhesives: Opened or used "Empress Pro-Performance Adhesive" cannot be returned for safety reasons.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Info@blackpoolbling.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is confirmed faulty, we will refund the cost of your return shipping in addition to the product refund.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria in Section 1.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at Info@blackpoolbling.co.uk.
